Early in his career, Ethan served as a case manager and senior development associate for ActionAIDS, which works in partnership with people living with HIV/AIDS to sustain and enhance their quality of life. He got his introduction to nonprofits there, counseling HIV-positive people from ActionAIDS’ field office in North Philadelphia. Later, moving into digital marketing, event planning and fundraising, Ethan began to transition his career through additional roles which involved graphic design, creative marketing strategy and project management.

In his off hours, Ethan became closely involved with creative marketing, graphic design and communications for small businesses in the wellness space.

During Ethan’s time working for Urban Outfitters, at their Philadelphia HQ, he developed a customer facing and home office initiative called UO Community Cares. This program brought employees and customers together for meaningful conversation and positive action through volunteer work, events and collaborations that give back. UO-CC embraced self-expression, creativity and authenticity, empowering employees and customers to act as agents for change. Within this role, Ethan worked closely on on-site activations, charitable product ideation + execution, community building and cause marketing.

Most recently, Ethan heads up the Creative team at Fame House, a division of Universal Music Group. Ethan manages the graphic design, video, motion graphics and web development teams creating digital content and merchandise for today’s biggest artists on a global scale.
